So often I find fad diets, where people find out that something is good for the body and it is treated like a miracle cure. As if that one substance is the only thing needed to produce these extra ordinary results. With all diet/diets it is a combination of things that produce results and not any one component. Without the support of other nutrients, minerals, enzymes, trace elements, herbs ...etc it's just an out and out lie.
A very worry sum trend that's rapid is over medicating with supplements. So many people adopt the very wrong notion that more is better. Sometimes more is just more and a waste . Sometimes more is a lethal dose. Yes,even vitamins, minerals , and other normally healthful substances can be lethal.
