There is so much going on in this world around us, things that affect our lives and those that we love. The saddest part is that most of it passes us by without a second thought.
How many times have we all said "If I had only known…” about health issues, the world we live in, the money we gain and lose, our safety, and most importantly our rights?
WYDK Radio is part of public educational television programs with one purpose at its core: to help people be more aware in order for more informed choices to be made.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
It is everyone's responsibility to do their part, no matter what their social or economic status may be.
We better ourselves, our situations and our personal resolve, along with furthering evolution by giving back to our communities.We have an obligation to share our experiences so that others can grow. Like the saying goes, “It takes a village to raise a child”.
I started my radio career at Blog Talk Radio Chanel AMF618 (my initials and John 6:18, one of my favorite scriptures) as the host and moderator of Angelica's Garden, my E-Magazine. At that time, Internet Talk Radio was a new venue that was getting a lot of attention. For me, it was easier than spending all day reading and trying to respond to thousands of emails. It was enjoyable to personally interact with listeners and freed me up to focus a lot more time researching the topics we were covering.
In 2010 we branched off into podcasting the radio shows and live broadcasts, called "WYDK LIVE".
Our most popular program on AMF618 was;
AMF618 Talk Radio had been established as a Natural Health and Living Radio Program.
There were a myriad of other important topics that just didn't fit into our scheduled programs, as well as the original program’s purpose needed to be redefined. It was time to change our platform, and evolve the programs - we needed to be more relevant to the current issues people were faced with on a day-to-day basis. In 2009 we branched off into podcasting the radio shows and changed the name to WYDK Radio.
Three years later on January 23, 2012, we started producing educational programs for Public Television through our WYDK Community site which was a natural evolution for the program. The tricky part was that WYDK had audiences all over the world. How could we be relevant to everyone's needs everywhere, as well as make the shows and the connected sites interactive by incorporating social media, chat debates and other features that would involve our viewers and listeners? Through our WYDK Community site, this was made possible.
With public television, it is difficult to get a set time slot unless you are one of the station’s top ten programs, and programs are subject to being moved to a different time slot with little or no notice to accommodate specialty programs. That is one of the main reasons why WYDK decided to make our programs available online and available to be streamed to all media devices including game consoles and smart TVs.
All of WYDK TV Programs are NON Commercial Educational Programs. WYDK TV is able to produce quality relevant educational programs thanks to the support of generous Individuals, Business and Corporations. All levels of donations are very much appreciated. Radiation from the Fukushima Nuclear Plant disaster in Japan is now actively in the ecosystem all along the North American west coast… even the seaweed is now radiated. Why is the US still importing food goods from Japan? Most of the other countries refuse to import because the 3x to as much as 10 above safe radiation on levels detected.
Solar energy works! So why are we not using it more here in the US?
